DLP adjustment needed. Suggestions?

Hey guys, I'm the new owner of a 5088W 1080p Samsung DLP. (Got it at Tweeter in Cobb)

Problem is the darn geometry! I have hourglass on 4:3 content and the right side of the image skews upward. I've been told that the light engine or lens can be adjusted to fix this. I traded the TV once and got the same issues on the new one.

Problem is, getting either Samsung or the Tweeter guys out to fix it won't be easy and the problem may not look bad enough to them to warrant a fix. Perhaps I need someone to do this for me? An ISF tech or something? I just need someone to tweak the light engine or lens or whatever to square my image up.

Anyone have suggestions of who? I'm in North Ga. Near Jasper.

I would contact Samsung and have them try to fix it. If it continues and bothers you so much, I would return it and go for a different brand.

I have a Samsung 720p set and when I had a problem they were quick to contact a company to look at the set.
